ESTEVEZ CEBALLOS, José Areth. DYNAMIC SYSTEMS IN PSYCHOLOGY: A CONCEPTUAL APPROACH TO THE STUDY OF EMOTIONAL COMMUNICATION. Investig. andina [online]. 2022, vol.24, n.45, pp.32-47. Epub 01-Set-2022. ISSN 0124-8146. https://doi.org/10.33132/01248146.2221.
The communication process between mother and baby is characterized by a reciprocal exchange of emotions, sensations, and affections that are evidenced in different repertoires of interaction in which responses emerge that are expressed in a wide variety of ways, namely: the crossing of glances, caresses, smiles and other body movements. The emergence of these emotional responses has been studied using temporal measurement scales in real time and in developmental time. Empirical evidence shows how during this process emotions appear in mother-baby communication that will follow patterns of stability and transformation. This paper presents a literature review on dynamic systems in psychology and its relationship with emotional communication in the early childhood during the first months of life of the infant.
