Higher education has experienced a profound transformation in the era of artificial intelligence (AI), ushering in a digital revolution within an increasingly interconnected knowledge society. Among the essential tools in this landscape are chatbots, whose role in education necessitates an understanding of their application in facilitating communication between users and AI systems to address specific needs or requirements.
Aim:
This study aims to identify the architectural framework of academic prompts for the effective integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in research processes related to the Health field, guided by scientific evidence.
Materials and Methods:
A systematic literature review with an exploratory approach was conducted.
Results and Conclusions:
The theoretical groundwork emphasizes the role of prompt architecture as communicative scaffolding for soliciting timely and pertinent information from AI systems. The study delves into the transformative impact of chatbots on education, enhancing AI-assisted learning. It further explores the challenges, experiences, and obstacles encountered in the design and implementation of these chatbots within the educational context of Areandina. Additionally, the research examines the utilization of chatbots in universities and educational institutions, shedding light on their role in facilitating the teaching and learning process amid the integration of new technologies into the educational system.
