Abstract

This research presents the development of an application that integrates mobile technologies, augmented reality and the tourism industry in a specific geographical location. This because tourism is one of the unexplored economic resources by the lack of access to information virtually, for it is implemented in Layar layer to the main points of interest and create a website for manage information related to each one of them. Concretely includes the presentation of the theoretical basis, the current state of the research area, the implementation methodology for its development and description of the mobile application that allows access to tourist information collected, as well as its implementation in devices operating systems such as iOS, Android and Symbian.
