Abstract

Colombia entered the twentieth century with the most bloodiest war, the “War of the Thousand Days” and ended the century with a conflict that is still not over. In each period enter new armed violence to defend their political and / or economic, sometimes difficult to distinguish by their warlike intentions, each conflict is generating a new one, to cover the entire national territory and sometimes affecting the international coexistence with its neighbors, making it necessary to build reliable processes in time where the various military and political actors agree not to mix politics and in the future where weapons and build an inclusive society and deeply tolerant.
