Abstract

DE OLIVEIRA ARAUJO, Lorrana Marinho et al. INTRAENTERPRISE CULTURE AND ITS INFLUENCE ON INNOVATION AND COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE. Tend. [online]. 2024, vol.25, n.1, pp.1-32.  Epub Dec 11, 2023. ISSN 0124-8693.  https://doi.org/10.22267/rtend.242501.239.

The implementation of intrapreneurship in organizations has helped them to respond promptly to market changes, ensuring their survival and progress. In this perspective, this research analyzes the magnitude of the influence of intrapreneurial experiences on Competitive Advantage (CA) and Innovation (IN) and vice versa, by applying Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PSL-SEM). This method consists of two phases: verification of the measurement model, in which the relationships between the constructs and the observable variables are validated; and investigation of the structural model, by evaluating the relationships between the constructs. The results show that Intrapreneurship has a magnitude of influence on IN of around 0.609 and on VC of around 0.184. On the other hand, IN has an influence on VC of around 0.409, confirming the main assumptions raised in the research literature.
