Abstract

BURITICA CESPEDES, Pablo. OBTENER CULTIVOS Y SUS PRODUCTOS SANOS, UN PROPÓSITO NACIONAL: SALUD PÚBLICA VEGETAL, SU FILOSOFÍA. Rev. Fac. Nac. Agron. Medellín [online]. 2008, vol.61, n.1, pp.4248-4255. ISSN 0304-2847.

Se presenta una propuesta tendiente a implementar planes y programas de Salud Pública Vegetal (SPV) para obtener cultivos y sus productos sanos, buscando excluir las causas de sus enfermedades o atacándolas en estados incipientes, de tal manera que se hagan mínimos los daños y costos directos e indirectos producidos por ellas. La trilogía: la recomendación técnica elaborada hasta acciones puntuales; los actores involucrados en el control y los productores debidamente capacitados y el entorno económico, político y social apropiado para implementar el control, que debe formalizarse en un plan, son los elementos para llegar a la SPV.
