Resumen

CHECA CORAL, Óscar; ROSERO ALVAREZ, Edwin  y  ERASO CULTID, Iván. COLLECTION AND MORPHOAGRONOMIC CHARACTERIZATION OF TACSONIA SUBGENDER IN THE ANDEAN ZONE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF NARIÑO, COLOMBIA. Rev. Fac. Nac. Agron. Medellín [online]. 2011, vol.64, n.1, pp.5893-5907. ISSN 0304-2847.

In the Andean region of Nariño-Colombia, 99 materials were collected, 91 of the subgenus Tacsonia and 8 of Manicata. Seeds were sowing in a working collection, in order to preserve and make the morphoagronomic characterization "in vivo". The samples correspond to species: Passiflora tarminiana Coppens and Barney, Passiflora tripartita var. mollissima (Kunt) Bailey, Passiflora tripartita (Juss) Poir, Passiflora mixta L.F., Passiflora cumbalensis (Karst) Harás, Passiflora pinnatistipula Cav, Passiflora x rosea Karst., Passiflora manicata (Juss) Pers and accessions BGP BGP 63 and 76. The 64.8% of the genotypes are located in the South, highlighting the municipality of Aldana with more diversity. The principal component analysis (PCA) and multiple correspondence analysis (MCA), allowed to characterize the samples and form groups by hierarchical characterization method. ACP was formed in the 5 factors that explain 66.30% of the total variation assessed the hierarchical groupings of 4 classes, the features with the greatest contribution to variability were: weight fruit, length peduncle, the first group is standing out. The ACM showed 50.60% of the total variability in the first 5 components, the classification analysis to discriminate 5 groups of species, the characters that most contributed to the variability were: fruit shape and presence of anthracnose Colletotrichum gloeosporioides (Penzing) Penzing and Saccardo, P. Tarminiana and P. Tripartite groups were characterized by the absence and presence of the disease respectively.

Palabras clave : Manicata; genotype; diversity; passiflora; tropical fruits.
