Abstract

The distribution of the carnivorous plant Utricularia foliosa L. (Lentibulariaceae) is increased with registers for the first time from Ciénaga de Paredes, department of Santander, Colombia. In addition, we provide a brief contribution related to its diet breadthbased on the contents of 150 utricles collected during the months of August 2013, October 2013 and February 2014. The contents of the utricles reveald that the major groups captured were Trombidiformes, Ostracoda and Diptera.
