Osteology description of Eleutherodactylus bogotensis (Leptodactylidae, Anura) is presented. Four speciemens (two males and two females) collected at the Parque Nacional Natural Chingaza ( Cundinamarca, Colombia ), Piedras Gordas area, were examined. It was confirmed that this species belongs to the unistrigatus group (sensu Lynch,) base upon the skull. Several osteological variations at the level of the skull, the pubis, and presence of sesamoidal elements were discovered. Differences between osteological characters in E. bogotensis and several anuran species described by other authors are discussed.
