Resumo

In this contribution we describe for the area of El Volcán (Pamplona - Colombia) the families Apiaceae, Asteraceae, Cunoniaceae, Ericaceae, Fabaceae and Gentianaceae, which includes a total of 23 genera and 32 species. The pollen was characterized as well as its systematics implications. To contribute to the paleoecological analysis developed in area, a palynological catalogue is also presented.
