The purpose of this study was to compare the status of two urban river basins in Bogotá D.C. for the Córdoba - Juan Amarillo system, through soil health and quality index, the enzymatic activities (dehydrogenase, alkaline phosphatase, acid phosphatase, and o-diphenoloxidase) and active carbon fractions. The use of such activities as evaluation parameters for the environmental management program for the system is recommended.
