Resumen

Based on two inventories made in 1776, two apothecary shops are compared under various parameters. One of the shops was located in Cartagena de Indias and the other in Santafé. The substances that were registered by experts in both pharmacies are collated and information on some of the matters contained in the shelves is provided.
