Resumen
MONTENEGRO LANCHEROS, Hernán Camilo. Expansion and Breaks in the Political Recognition of the Colombian Peasant: An Analysis in Light of the Cumbre Agraria, Campesina, Étnica y Popular (Cacep). Rev. colomb. antropol. [online]. 2016, vol.52, n.1, pp.169-195. ISSN 0486-6525.
One of the central struggles of the present peasant movement in Colombia is to be recognized as a subject of rights before the state, which also questions the academia and civil society. The struggle for recognition implies new forms of enunciation of the peasant movement, disputes over territorial autonomies, and broadening the notion of identity, among other elements, which complexify the analysis of the conjuncture that this collective political subject is undergoing. The struggle for recognition, as proposed by the Cacep is inscribed in the broadest sense, in the struggle for justice as a social group (Fraser 1997, 2008), and can be read in at least three analytical keys (recognition, redistribution, and representation) and two thematic and political lenses: identity and territoriality.
Palabras clave : Cumbre Agraria; Campesina; Étnica y Popular (Cacep); recognition; identity; territoriality.
