The study results, that refers to learning derived to critic interpretation of experience in formation and capacitation of teachers for virtuality, it came to define what and who teacher is for virtualily, and identify his profile and propose the needed skills to practice teaching in this educative modality. Also, it extrapolates and leaves the reflection to government and country's university community academic requirement of articulated public policy and realistic on teaching subject with TIC support. These dimensions are the one we develop in this article. In methodological way the study was qualitative, systematization modality of experiences; and the chosen method, non-experimental, from epistemological option, as proposed Jara (2006, 2010), Marín Flórez (2012), Ríos Hincapié y Marín Flórez (2007) y Vélez Restrepo y Galeano (2002, p.55, 58).
