Abstract

The following article attempts to argue reflective aspects of my thinking on Bioethics, which are based on a flexible conception of it and that is based on the framework provided by recognized human rights. All this proposal I supported as set in Article 23 of the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights of UNESCO, which highlight the need to promote education, training and training in bioethics.
