This article aims to reflect on the consequences of the disability in a society that is increasingly centered on the advances in science and technology to solve its problems, which has led to a change in the valuation of people with disability. For this, a reflection develops from a proposed study on the disability from different perspectives in an interdisciplinary and is based on the vision of the disability on a techno-scientific society, emphasizing in the problems that need attention. The persons in a condition of disability have historically suffered, eugenic treatments, marginalization, discrimination and lack of opportunities to reach a real social inclusion. It is inside the field of bioethics, where they must not only claim the rights as citizens that this group has, but also indicate their dignity, beyond his ontological condition as human beings. To consider these people as deserving of appropriate living conditions, fair and equal treatments and make their decisions. Thus, to study the disability as part of the nature of the human beings requires looks and interdisciplinary work to solve the difficulties that this group confronts. The social, political and cultural aspects that have been marked by technical conditions that qualify their degree of productivity and competition. Bioethics is called to put into consideration the dignity, vulnerability, autonomy of this group of people who require different forms of understanding, claiming control of their existence.
