Resumen
VEGA DAVILA, Cesar Enrique. Access to Health Services for LGBTTTIQA+ Individuals from a Social Bioethical Viewpoint and a Critical Gender Perspective. rev.latinoam.bioet. [online]. 2024, vol.24, n.1, pp.23-35. Epub 06-Ago-2024. ISSN 1657-4702. https://doi.org/10.18359/rlbi.7114.
The right to health access for LGBTTTIQA+ individuals is conditioned by a series of factors that not only involve the legal sphere but are also associated with cultural and social factors. This means that each case must be complexified and not reduced in any way, as doing so would be counterproductive to the lives of LGBTTTIQA+ individuals. This approach responds to a social bioethical perspective that does not limit its understanding of facts to personal decisions alone but considers various structures to formulate a broader analysis. From this perspective, reflections are made on what relational autonomy and justice would entail. The use of an ethnographic methodology and a critical gender perspective offers an opportunity to write in the first person.
