Thoughts about the importance of labor's education and the competitiveness within working organizations. The term competencies is the linking element between scientific and technical knowledge, to reach a know-how. Moreover, the importance of education based on competencies is marked out, sustained on a diagnosis among managers and academics, where the real marketing necessities are expressed.
