The entrepreneurship attitude that has hard manifested during the last 25 years has been a result of a pioneer and conjoint management of governments, regions and universities, and enterprises and persons in everywhere. In this article, definitions, purposes and objectives of the entrepreneurial spirit are presented, taking into consideration the measurement of entrepreneurship level of the 6 schools of Facultad Sede Sogamoso of Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia, according to Colombian law (Law 1014, 2006) that promotes such as attitude in educational and entrepreneurial fields. For doing that, it is necessary to implement the entrepreneurships' education in primary, secondary and university levels searching to foster the creativity and entrepreneurial ability among young and future professionals.
