The development of the enterprise spirit has undoubtedly transformed entrepreneurship into one of the excellent development factors of modern enterprises in the current global economy. Within this important enterprise development factors, aspects such as organizational environment, organizational culture, motivation and enterprise leadership have been considered. For this reason, the management group of the UPTC has developed a study that relates some variables of enterprise performance which have influenced the improvement of the enterprise spirit in the case of the Boyaca industrial culture.
