The present document tries to realize of the role that fulfills both the power and the authority, as concepts sociologically and from a perspective integrated to the world of the producing organizations of goods and services, especially the bank organizations, which today they find in the "eye" of the financial hurricane, both in the United states of North America and in the European union and in each of your former colonies. One tries to approach also the processes of integration, collaboration and the strategies of solidarity that they present in the different social actors in the world of the organizations. For it we will be employed at a double dimension: The international context in which they propose and there are socialized the sector policies and the national context, especially the case of Colombia, where the political are executed and the effects are demonstrated so much social in the area generally of the society and in the particularities of the world organizational.
