The main aim of this article is orientated towards the analysis of the results obtained in a research led to persons in charge of the financial decisions' capture in Barranquilla's different companies, starting from the existing theoretical foundations on the Moral Judgments enunciated by Lawrence Kohlberg, in order to know the variables and values that influence people during the decision process from a moral perspective.
