Abstract

The purpose of the article is the consideration the worlds of the SMEs production from the perspectives of the organization and policies. The economic structure of the SMEs implies the revision of these scenarios as regards to their assimilation and response capacity before these worlds. These are the result of the conventional and relational management that create companies. However, the productive structure of the SMEs shows weakness in the development and integration of those elements. Both criteria must be supported from the business productive context of innovation and technological equipment.Until now, sustainability and market behavior defined their interest. The elements consider set forward and backward relations between productive chains along with the cooperation and business partnership, joined with the conditions of the territory and settings between training and work in the worlds. Transformation which means to start a process, new productive capabilities and competitive conditions of the SMEs.
