Abstract

The main objective of this research is to present the design of two economic instruments used in soil pollution control, produced by flower growing pesticides use. Thus, by content analysis, a review about national and international environmental regulation about soil pollution control it was made. Also, this paper proposes an environmental management model in flower Colombian growing companies. This paper concluded that environmental subsidies and taxes can be relevant aspects in general structure management, because its incorporation only not promote the organizational environment contribution, but it is an incentive for economic growth, because it recognize the competitiveness and social responsibility, like elements that can generate possibilities for get in to new markets and stay there.
