Resumen

These article try, in the first instance, with the general and relevant theories' aspects, precedents of the contra actualization theories. After, the author defines the central postulates of the contra actualization theories y and with it show how some aspects was eclipsated. For this effect, it takes in consideration like the base of the development, the analysis shows by Jean Michel Plane in his book Theories des organisations (2000) and the paper from the Sociological Mexican magazine: "Contribution to the critique to the classical organization theory", from Mino Vianello.
