International relations show, not only fundamental changes in their explanatory paradigms, also a dynamic behavior in their traditional and emerging players, due to access to information derived from the new technological conditions. These have shifted from classical liberalism to neo-structuralism and neo-liberalism to an "international society". These spaces also redefined business, layout implementation of democracy as a way of life, besides the traditional concept of politics. In this essay aims to provide an state of the art of thinking about these problems of nations, societies and individuals in the current phase of globalization.
