Abstract

The article aims to present an overview as a result of a literature review on business competitiveness. It focuses on the introduction of elements designed to gain a competitive advantage: quality, service and image, and two tools that contribute to human and technical organization of the company: watch the ABC Method for evaluating and monitoring costs, contributions and performance of each of the activities, as well as, guidance for managing staff through the use of: knowledge, experience, skills and attitudes to improve job performance.
