Abstract

This article argues that corporate social responsibility acts as a key player that drives business growth. Business growth is a variable that depends on many factors; corporate social responsibility is one of them, as it encourages any initiative that originates within the company, facilitating the positioning of your brand, renewing the corporate image, capturing preference and customer loyalty and promoting harmony between the company and the community in which it operates. In this context, Corporate Social Responsibility enable business growth and significantly improving the reputation and credibility, and to achieve recognition with its stakeholders, especially when the commitment to the development of social responsibility strategy is perceived as thoughtful, ethical and spontaneous.
