In this research paper presents the results obtained during the project's "Development impact assessment of the systems of quality management in liquidity and profitability of the Industrial Area through 40". This is initially a detailed description of evaluation of organizational systems, systems of quality management, liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, the criteria for evaluating the impact of systems of quality management in liquidity and profitability of the Area through 40 and the industrial use of discriminant analysis technique. This perspective through qualitative and quantitative descriptive purposeful. Discriminant function obtained and analyzed statistics can be concluded that the ISO 9001 quality certification, positively affects the financial indicators Net Capi tal (NC) Gross Margin (GM) and Operating Income (EBIT) of the sector.
