Abstract

Abstract This reports a case of an industrial small enterprise of Mexico. In this company, a rubric was applied to assess maturity in its value chain processes. The major weaknesses were found in strategic processes (organizational management and strategic planning), the key process of customer service and support process related to infrastructure and work environment and process documentation. It was determined that the company is located in the maturity level II (Proactive), and projects were proposed to initiate a process of gradual change, developing strategies to strengthen the processes that showed a delay in their maturity level.
