The processes of articulation between universities and industry resulting from the identification of needs and interests in common, to allow for the transfer and management of knowledge between the parties. This paper presents the results of the evaluation of the quality of the relationship university - industry in the Department of Boyacá low in relationship marketing approach. Was necessary for evaluation conducting multivariate analysis and the use of structural equations from technical Partial Least Square (PLS). Among the findings is the importance of consistent and constant communication, so you can be the confidence in establishing working arrangements and commitment in the joint that may result in a greater benefit of regional competitiveness.
