Abstract

This article shows the results of an investigation whose aim was to design management strategies in innovation for three companies of physical rehabilitation of Bucaramanga. It's a research with a focus on type case, descriptive study, whose results arise from the application of the "management assessment tool" in innovation for physical rehabilitation of Bucaramanga. Found findings identify that when organizations are present that achieve high levels of competitiveness, it is necessary to development strategies in accordance with the most outstanding needs, they will permit the company to be a productive as well as an administrative organization, and become an organization that should find learning opportunities, so there is a real culture of innovation at all levels that make up the company, maintaining a continuous change in order to improve processes.
