This article focuses on a key aspect of Management: its speech development, topic is essential for understanding this field and to widen its horizon. First, the problem of the disciplinal object is presented as the process of leading people to results in organizations. Next, the topic of the nature of Management is discussed and an action discipline is considered that is based on using statements of action-results in line with practical reason. Then, the crucial moments of evolution are studied. First, by analyzing the traditional view and after proposing alternative ways for its dynamic development. At last, the particular methods of research are studied.
