Identifique las condiciones gerenciales que pueden generar impacto en la productividad de las instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud (IPS). se centró en la recolección de información en torno a los diversos estilos gerenciales, para de este modo, determinar cómo se articulan a la productividad de las IPS, para ello, se identificaron los sistemas administrativos bajo el cual las IPS direccionan sus acciones, además , se determinó la concepción que estas entidades tienen acerca de la productividad y como la manejan.

According to the results, management styles are linked to business productivity to the extent that they positively or negatively affect their collaborators, therefore, it is concluded that it is important to structure relevant strategies that affect IPS to face the market challenges, based on comprehensive management.
