Abstract

The principal purpose of this article is to investigate, from a gender perspective, as it assumes the sexual division of labor activist within the socio-political organization called Worker's Federation for Land, Home and Habitat. In this regard, we analyze the gender distribution of roles and responsibilities of activists within FTV's organizational structure. To account for the intended purpose made numerous observations in the different organizational structures of the organization and, in parallel, we conducted numerous interviews with the actors.
