Abstract

From the point of view that the main idea of the decentralization of Mexico’s health sector, postulated since 1983, in this National Health (Health Secretary) Program of Health and Assistance Secretary focused to change the efficiency, give more coverage and high the services of health on the whole country. In this sense, the following article give account of different reforms that have had the Mexican health system and some of their results. This article is based on revision of relevant literature and the research has conducted in the Baja California state in order to understand and give some light about the positive or negative effects respect of the Baja California health decentralization policy.
