Abstract

MEDINA AGUERREBERE, Pablo. The fight against stress in the Spanish worker: implications for the employee and the organization. Rev. Gerenc. Polit. Salud [online]. 2009, vol.8, n.17, pp.30-42. ISSN 1657-7027.

The objective of this revision, based in the bibliographical consultation and the study cases of Spanish companies, is to determine what strategy must use a company to eliminate the stress of its workers as well as the benefits that it supposes not only for the worker but also for the organisation. The conclusion is that strategy must be global, that must be based on a proactive attitude on the part of the organization and what once eliminated the stress of the worker, this one identifies more with the organization, knows to work better as a team, which is shaped in an increase of its yield. Health becomes an element of corporate governance coordinated by the managers of the organization.
