Abstract

The model offered by the World Health Organization and the Pan American Health Organization, from a health and productivity perspective, is insufficient for the development of these skills as a protective factor for the prevention of conducts, such as early consumption of psychoactive substances, every time that, according to the analysis of the accounts of the adolescents participating in this research, shows that there is a perception that this model is welfare oriented and limited to the teaching of the Concepts. Therefore, a critical approach is carried out and a look from Martha Nussbaum’s capabilities approach is proposed.
