Abstract

ROJAS-FAJARDO, Aida Josefina. The Sense of Teachers’ Assessment in Colombia. Ágora U.S.B. [online]. 2018, vol.18, n.2, pp.446-457. ISSN 1657-8031.  https://doi.org/10.21500/16578031.3827.

In order to achieve a real change in teachers’ assessment, reciprocal experience should be considered, where dialogue is the main element, which favors teachers’ growth as a professional of education, and that of the students as people and professionals. This is why collective work is fundamental, which guarantees a shared responsibility.
