We cannot and must not see the growth in militarization, criminalization, the disposal of social and popular movements, Afro-descendant communities, indigenous peoples, and peasants, etc. as mere unconnected or just merely temporary phenomena. They cannot be regarded in isolation. They are structural, intentional, directed phenomena, which are derived from an imposed model.
