MESA-RODRIGUEZ, María Camila  and  RESTREPO-MEDINA, Liliana Patricia. Social change because of social innovation through participatory methodologies: A bibliometric revision. Ágora U.S.B. [online]. 2020, vol.20, n.1, pp.55-65. ISSN 1657-8031.  https://doi.org/10.21500/16578031.3864.

The engine for social change is social innovation and in the midst of these two terms is citizen participation, without which it would not be possible to solve efficiently the societal current problems. This article makes a bibliometric analysis in order to generate quantitative and qualitative results, based on an analysis of existing production focused on the relationship of “social innovation and social change” and “social innovation and participatory methodologies. One of the most conclusive results is that the interest in selected topics has increased exponentially in recent years.
