Abstract

OSORIO SANCHEZ, Eduardo Gabriel; URBINA CARDENAS, Jesús Ernesto  and  AYALA GARCIA, Erika Tatiana. Symbolic reparation experiences of the communities victims of the armed conflict in Colombia. Ágora U.S.B. [online]. 2021, vol.21, n.2, pp.487-501.  Epub June 16, 2022. ISSN 1657-8031.  https://doi.org/10.21500/16578031.4686.

It is highlighted that art acts as an element to express the pain and transmit generationally a message focused on the guarantee of non-repetition of the facts, the satisfaction of the victims and the respect for human rights in the framework of the Armed Conflict that Colombia still lives. Thus, the experiences of symbolic reparation through art, developed by the communities, which are victims of the armed conflict, are vital for their dignification, for the historical memory and the reconstruction of truth, as well as a compensative process.
