Abstract

SOLER PEDROZA, Israel  and  JIMENEZ, William Guillermo. Repetition action as a moralizing mechanism of public function: lights and shadows. State of the art. Civilizar [online]. 2009, vol.9, n.16, pp.73-90. ISSN 1657-8953.

This paper presents the origin and concept of the Repetition Action within the debate of State's responsibility and its agents, the scope and purpose of the mechanism, as well as the diverse expositions about its problematic and little results obtained in its application. For this purpose, tools such as the diverse studies and literature on the subject, which endorse the conclusions set out in the present state-of-the-art, have been reviewed. All of this, with the aim of offering a panoramic view in order to produce deep studies that may create new knowledge to improve the effectiveness of this legal instrument.
