The objective of this article is to analyze the strategies of difusion/imposition and the content of the neoliberalism in the provinces and municipalities of Argentina using the "Crrdoba's case" as a case of reference. It is divided in two main parts: the first one, presents the strategies that the central agents use to spread/impose the neoliberalism in different parts of the planet and the main features of the neoliberal reforms of first and second generation; the second one, makes an historical analysis of the political field of Córdoba and a juridical analysis of the norms that gave form to the process of the "New State" and the "Fiscal Pact" of 2000.
