Abstract

SANCHEZ DOMINGUEZ, Juan Pablo. A critique of scientific rationalism in the approach to parricide. Civilizar [online]. 2016, vol.16, n.31, pp.263-280. ISSN 1657-8953.  https://doi.org/10.22518/16578953.654.

This article intends to make an approach to the conception of parricide, identifying its antecedents and bases. Critical reflections are made around the disciplines that study the crime by parricide and its subjective character. Finally, we identify the difficulties present in the regulatory systems responsible for managing criminality at the time of declaring the criminal responsibility of Pierre Riviére after declaring to have murdered his mother, sister and brother.
