From Marie Laure Martínez Pralong and Mireille Delmas-Marty, it is evident that the Law has changed and demands a new concept. The binary and traditional logic has limitations to interpret the Law and many legal concepts do not have a precise meaning today, on the contrary, they are vague and confusing. Fuzzy logic allows a better way to understand the Law because, while binary logic only accepts two values: true or false, fair or unfair, right or wrong; fuzzy logic accepts other expressions of truth. This logic includes instead of excluding. The difference between things is not of essence but of degree. That is why today it is proposed as a possible tool for legal interpretation.
