BEJARANO SANABRIA, Henry Camilo y JAIMES SUAREZ, Diana Carolina. Corruption: An interpretation between law and morality. Civilizar [online]. 2021, vol.21, n.40, pp.101-112. Epub 25-Abr-2022. ISSN 1657-8953. https://doi.org/10.22518/jour.ccsh/2021.1a08.
Corruption is a systematic, harmful and unavoidable conduct sanctioned by law, in some cases. However, criminal legislation, for example, is not enough for a particular subject to generate, through internal discernment, actions with moral content or according to what is considered good and just. In this regard, this reflection article indicates how law and morality, which are dialectical and complementary elements of practical reason, determine principles and obligations that subjects establish among themselves in order to safeguard the good of individuals and, ultimately, of society.
