The article introduces the reflection about new political actors which emerge from the forced displacement phenomenon in Colombia and discuss the role of psycho-social support to people who have undergone that phenomenon. We propose a political characterization of the migrant farmer, making a conceptual analysis of the governmental and nongovernmental organizations that welcome, take care and accompany displaced people, and establish the problem of the encounter between those two realities; finally, after a reconceptualization of Politics based on contributions of the complex thought, the article propose an specific way of psychosocial support in this encounter.
