A work experience in the school which illustrates a proposal for the psychic development from a psychoanalytic perspective, especially from neokleinian conceptions, is presented. We describe simple interventions which try to show the subjectivity of the participants and the possibility of symbolize diverse experiences (specifically the ones which demand contention and transformation). The work developed on different scenarios and with "scholar life actors", seeks to build an institutional culture on which the psychic development dimension is included and legitimate spaces for aggression could be considered and constructed.
