The following article is part of the set of the six guides of observation and cultural valuation developed by the author, of who already two of them were published, in edition 22-1 dedicated to the routes and cultural landscapes (the town and the cemeteries). These guides are tools of framework of a proposal a methodology for the identification or recognition of the cultural heritage, in a pedagogical exercise that reflects the experience of several social disciplines. The guides have like foundation, from a careful ethnographic observation, a horizon of analysis of historical character geographic and cultural in which the art and the architecture take sense subject from this edition.
